We have a micro-farm where we focus on growing fresh superfoods you can’t find anywhere else. Take a look at our “plants” tab to see some of the amazing varieties of produce we grow.
I’m Ted, the chef-owner of Viridian. I’ve had the opportunity to study my craft in the great state of Texas and abroad, including countries like Spain, Morocco, and France. I’ve worked everywhere from a state of the art kitchen under a French Master Chef to a grapefruit grove in South Texas. I’ve been growing veggies since I was a little kid.
